May 1st 2008: GUITAR GUINNESS WORLD RECORD in Wroclaw.. and “Thanks Jimi Festival 2008”.
This biggest guitar event in the world is located in Wroclaw, Poland.
Last year 1800 guitarists played Jimi Hendrix "Hey Joe" and broke our own Guinness record as the greatest rock orchestra in the world.
But today, this record was beaten again!
1940 guitars! People came from all over Poland and even from abroad.
There was live TV transmission and live internet broadcast at about 4 pm. The Jimi Festival started at 12.00 am in the center of town.
