Sunday breakfast in Poland: is made up of baked ham, sausage, roast veal, roast pork, roast turkey or goose, as well as stuffed cabbage. There was also Easter soup, hard-cooked eggs, sauces, and relishes. Everpresent was the traditional Easter relish of beets and horseradish, (cwikla).
Good Friday
marks the start of the vigil at symbolic tombs of Christ, which lasts until Holy Saturday. Visits are made to “tombs of Christ’. The adoration of the Good Friday tombs is called “

Friday, takes place an exceptional mass - "Droga Krzyzowa", the Road of cross - it is a "rebuilding" of the last road of Jesus Christ.
Holy Saturday
On the next day, Holy Saturday, services accompanied by
processions are held to commemorate the Resurrection. Inside the churches, priests sprinkled holy water on small baskets brought by believers and filled with “paska”, cakes, eggs, horseradish, sausages, ham, salt, pepper, and tiny sugar lambs - called in of Polish language "swieconka" or "swiecone" (blessed).
Sunday
morning, beautifully laid table is covered with colored eggs, cold meats, coils of sausages, ham, yeast cakes, pound cakes, poppy-seed cakes, and in the middle of it all, a lamb made of sugar, commemorating the resurrected Christ.
Sharing a boiled egg with one’s relatives is a national tradition. A piece of egg with salt and pepper, consecrated by priest, is an inseparable accessory in the good wishes we extend to each other at Easter.

The menu of Easter is varied enough; each area and each family has their own tradition.
But generally one will see on the table of the meats of all kinds,
roast, fume, cooked, of sauces, of salads, and obviously, of the cakes, whose famous Baba - a cake prepared with many eggs, aromatic, large - formerly, it could measure even a half measures! Or Mazurki ("mazurek") - richly decorated.
Easter Sunday starts with the mass of resurrection. Then, the breakfast in family will be celebrated. Because it is the breakfast, known as "holy", which is the time of meeting in family in Poland during Easter.

Easter Monday
it is
Smigus-Dyngus or Lany Poniedzialek,
therefore "wet Monday". During all the day, it is allowed to throw water on the others, same unknown!

People are going to churches visiting tombs of Jesus, which are uncovered on Friday evening/nights. Besides the tombs are standing the guardians till the evening, when priest will say 'Alleluja!' what means Jesus Resurrection..
